This is a sweet little covered sugar bowl with two handles & an adorable hand painted picture of a boy & his dog. It is an antique, rare, German cobalt blue enamelware, two-piece, two handled sugar bowl with lid. It is made of cobalt blue enamelware on metal & depicting a boy wearing a fancy red shirt & blue pants. He is playing with a white fluffy dog. The dog is standing on its hind legs. It is in good vintage condition with normal age wear such as enamel loss & dents as shown in photos. It is not marked Made in Germany but it originally came from Germany. The bowl measures 4 inches from handle to handle & has a well-fitting top with a tiny handle. This piece looks as if it has been well loved & well played with.
